Return & Refund Policy

We only offer STORE CREDIT for approved returns.
We do not issue refunds back to the original method of payment.

Customers must request a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier.

Once a return label is issued, the return package must be shipped within 7 days in order for the return to remain eligible.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unwashed
  • in original packaging
  • with tags still attached

Items returned with signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted.

FINAL SALE and FLASH SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

To request a return, please contact us at info@thebebeluna.com with your order number and return request.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can review the issue.

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to place a new order and return the original item after the return request has been approved.
